RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Eleven Orbit, operated by ECOMINIX LTD, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund subject to the terms below.

Eligibility for Returns

Products may be returned within 7 calendar days of the delivery date if they:

  • Are unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Include all original tags, packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • Are not damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
  • Are accompanied by proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective upon arrival:

  • Personal care products that have been opened or used.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products damaged after delivery through customer misuse.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong product was shipped.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and our standard return process will apply.
